Recruitment

Permanent

You pay our professional fees based on the candidate’s first year gross salary.

Contractual

You pay our professional fees based on a preferential mark up according to the hourly rate, including all benefits and pay administration fees.  To be eligible for a permanent status, the employee will need to complete a predetermined number of hours.

Training

Our training sessions for the banking industry is a service that will provide you with employees who have been observed and tested and who meet CIVA’s quality standards.  Moreover, these potential employees will have acquired some knowledge about banking products and services as well as the sales concept related to financial products, which will facilitate their integration.  Finally, you will save training time within your company.
